This venerable back-packers haunt is now a decade old and looking somewhat tired, with the shared areas in particularly now being a bit grotty & smelly. The artificial flowers covered in cheap floral scent don’t manage to mask the musky smell in the corridors and stairways. The rooms are better than the shared spaces but are by no means perfect, with peeling paint and musky smells the norm.

Rooms on the lower floors have an awful prison-like view of iron bars with waste ground behind. The 2nd floor rooms have a partial sea-view. The rooms are basic and as clean as they can be made, considering the effects of their age, such as mouldy tile grout and damp patches. It is very conveniently situated close to the beach, restaurants, nightlife and transport.
